Geptu PMS

Comparison

Geptu vs Little Hotelier

Both are made for small properties. Little Hotelier sells the basics in tiers; Geptu sells the whole hotel system once and keeps the monthly fee low.

The short version

Little Hotelier is SiteMinder's product for small properties: a front desk, booking engine and channel manager sold in tiers. Third-party listings in 2026 show the entry tier at about $29 a month and the Pro tier at about $109 a month, with payment processing, some channel connections and phone support as add-ons or reserved for the higher tiers.

Geptu covers the same ground and then keeps going: a full public website, a catalog for tours, transfers and meals, monthly accounting with the bank reconciled, WhatsApp messaging and housekeeping. You buy the system once and pay as low as $25 a month after that.

When Little Hotelier is the better choice

If you want a well-known brand with a self-serve signup and you only need a calendar, a booking button and the OTA link, Little Hotelier's basic tier is cheap and quick to start.

When Geptu is the better choice

  • The month-end still happens in spreadsheets: Geptu builds the books from the bookings and matches the card lots to the bank.
  • You sell tours, transport or meals and want them on the website and in the folio without re-typing.
  • Your guests write on WhatsApp and you want those messages beside the reservation.
  • You would rather own the system than rent it tier by tier.

Questions people ask

Is Geptu harder to learn than Little Hotelier?

No. The calendar works by drag and drop and each role sees only its own screens. The extra depth, accounting and extras, stays out of the way until you open it.

What happens to my Booking.com and Airbnb connections if I switch?

They are moved to Channex on a day you choose. Rates and availability are pushed before the switch so nothing double-books.

Do I pay a booking fee on direct reservations?

No. Direct bookings through your Geptu website carry no commission and no per-booking fee.
