Switching
Future reservations, guests and rates are imported during setup; the OTA connections move to Channex on a day you choose. Most hotels run the first month with Geptu while the old subscription runs out.

How long does a switch from Cloudbeds take?
Usually two to three weeks from the first call: a week to set up rooms, rates, extras and the website, a few days to import bookings and check them, and one chosen day to move the channel connections.
Can Geptu handle more than one property?
Yes. Several hotels run from one login, and a setup can be copied from one property to the next.
